- [ ] Add Impact: Outcomes you expect the competency/behaviour to drive.
- [ ] Add Examples: Add a few line examples of what “good” looks like.
🤓 Review Expectations
- [ ] Aligned: Will they support company goals and values?
- [ ] Clear: Are they simple to understand? Test them with a colleague.
- [ ] Approved: Has your manager reviewed and signed off?
- [ ] Measurable: How will you know if the expectation is being met or not?
